Former Director of Savannah Environmental, Inc. with more than 30 years of experience in flow monitoring and instrumentation. Developed Flo-Ware for the Flo-Tote series and Rainger Rain Gauge and designed data logging systems used with Flo-Tote 3 and Flo-Dar instrumentation. Extensive experience conducting industrial, commercial and municipal flow studies.
Founder of Marsh-McBirney, Inc. in 1971 and a pioneer in flow measurement instrumentation. Awarded numerous patents and inventor of many innovative flow measurement products, including the world-renowned Flo-Dar radar-based flowmeter. Decades of experience developing technologies that have advanced the measurement of water and wastewater flow worldwide.
