Whether once or on a regular basis, Aqua Magnetics can test, calibrate, and verify your flow meters. Based on NIST standards, Our 150 foot long towing facility is one of a kind. Sensors are mounted to the motorized carriage, where they are towed through 18,000 gallons of still water. Key Features
Calibration facility includes a recirculating flow loop and a 150 foot long towing tank for precise measurements. This motorized carriage tows sensors through the still water tank in both forward and reverse modes
Our recirculating closed flow loop allows for longer term measurements, but lacks the absolute precision of the towing carriage. Water is recirculated through a 10" pipe via impeller system. The flow loop is often used for our R&D projects.
Sensors come in many different shapes and sizes. Whether its a single axis or dual axis sensor, we have you covered. Custom sensor holders/fixtures are produced in our machine shop. This allows us to fabricate for virtually any sensor type... all in house
We recommend annual calibrations to ensure your piece of mind. Once complete, we ship your product back with a certificate of calibration. Turnaround time is generally one week, but can fluctuate based on demand
